AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2893
to provide for land use restriction
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2893 is
amended to add Section 2, as follows:
Section 2. Said rezone is subject to those land
use restrictions noted in Bremerton Planning Commission
Resolution No. 204.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading
this ~7~day of February, 1971.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this-- 3~
