AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY-OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
201 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter I,
Section 4 thereof as follows:
(1305 Marine Drive)
(A) That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter, Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.,
described as follows: Beginning at a point which is North
0007'02'' East 610.43 feet from the Southwest corner of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter, said Section 15;
thence North 47°39'50'' East 318.12 feet, more or less, to
the westerly margin of Lateral Highway No. 5; thence
following said highway North 42°20'10'' West 100 feet; thence
South 47°39'50'' West 226.64 feet to a point which lies North
0°07'02'' East from the point of beginning; thence South
0°07'02'' West to the point of beginning; EXCEPT roads.
(B) That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter, Section 15, Township 24 North, Range I East, W.M.,
described as follows: Beginning at a point North 0~07'02"
East 474.89 feet from the Southwest corner of the Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter, said Section 15; thence
North 47~39'50'' East 409.60 feet; thence North 42~20'10''
West 100 feet; thence South 47~39'50'' West 318.12 feet;
thence South 0'07'02'' West 135.54 feet to the point of
beginning; EXCEPT roads.
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3) with the condition that prior to the construction
of any new buildings, a site plan in detail shall be approved by the
Planning Commission.
