Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
200 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter I,
Section 4 thereof as follows:
(1199 Marine Drive)
That portion of the southeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W M , described as follows: Beginning at a point
North 0°07'02'' East 474.89 feet from the southwest
corner of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of said Section 15; thence North 47°39'50" East 207.60
feet to true point of beginning of tract herein described;
thence North 47°39'50'' East 202 feet; thence South
42°20'10'' East 50 feet; thence North 47°39'50'' East 15
feet; thence South 42°20'10'' East 126.8~ feet to northerly
line of Marine Drive approach; thence following curve of
said road westerly and southwesterly a distance of 168.73
feet to point of tangency; thence northwesterly in a
straight line to the true point of beginning.

to Business-Three (B-3) with the condition that prior to the construction
of any new buildings, a site plan in detail shall be approved by the
Planning Commission.
