Street Department budget of the City of Bremerton for
the year 1970, as authorized by RCW 35.33.120, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the excess
receipts of the Street Funds the following items:
Traffic Control - Salaries and Wages 1,534.06
Street - Maintenance and Operation 9,385.~5
Traffic Control - Maintenance
and Operation 5,782.77
Traffic Control - Capital Outlay 207.36
Total Appropriated I6,~09.74
SECTION 2. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist,
an emergency, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Bremerton, and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this SK7~ day of January, 1971.
