AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2864 adopting the
Water Department budget of the City of Bremerton for
the year 1970, as authorized by RCW 35.33.120, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the excess
receipts of the Water Funds the following items:
Water Office - Maintenance and Operation 9,069.77
Water Supply - Salaries and Wages 16,174.91
Water Supply - Capital Outlay 215.11
Water Distribution - Capital Outlay 9~711.87
Total Appropriated 35,171.66
SECTION 2. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist,
an emergency, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Bremerton, and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~7 day of January, 1971.
