AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of'Ordinance No. 1792
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 195 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Section 4 thereof as follows:
The southwest quarter of the n~tj[~west quarter of the
northwest quarter of the north~quarter of Section 22,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., except the west
15 feet of said property deeded to Kitsap County for
road purposes, containing two and one-half acres more
or less. Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) for nursing home.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this~U day
of December, 1970.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~day of January, 1971.
