current water receipts; and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the excess
current water receipts the sum of $85,000.00 to be distributed as
follows:
Water Office - M & 0 $ 3,500.00
Water Supply - Salaries 8,500.00
Water Supply - M & 0 6,000.00
Water Distribution - M & 0 18,000.00
Water Distribution - Capital Outlay 43,000.00
Water Sewage - M & 0 6,000.00
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: That an emergency exists
affecting the publi.c peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of the City of Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously on first reading by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this /~ of D~~
