AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2913;
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN~
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2913 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement there
is hereby created and established a special' fund to be known
as "Local Improvement Fund District No. 308". Bonds,
bearing interest at 8% shall be issued in serial numbers
from one (1) tO twenty~five (25) inclusive, to as many as
may be necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of
said district on the date hereinafter fixed, to be in
denominations of $100.00 bonds each, except the first which
shall be for such fractional part of $100.00 as may be
remaining and unpaid on said date, payable from said "Local
Improvement Fund District No. 308~
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: That an emergency exists
affecting the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of the City of Bremerton,.and this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously on first reading by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
