corporate limits of the City of Bremerton certain
land lying outside the limits of the City of
Bremerton and being contiguous to the City of
Bremerton; and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Whereas, a

City Council has determined to annex ~ described
property for municipal watershed purposes.
Section 2. That the following described tracts of land are
hereby and by this ordinance adopted and incorporated within and
become a part of the City of Bremerton, to-wit:
Ail that portion of City of Bremerton Watershed Lands in
Kitsap County, Washington, lying within the following
described sections and portions thereof:
1. In Township 23 North, Range 1 West, W.M.
a. NW 1/4 less SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 and portion of
NE 1/4, SE 1/4, ~and SW 1/4 lying Northwesterly
of Highway, all in Section 1.
b. N 1/2 of N 1/2 of NE 1/4 of Section 2.
2. In Township 24 North, Range 1 West, W.M.
a. SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 22.
b. Ail of Section 23 less NW 1/4 of NW 1/4.
c. W 1/4 of Section 24.

Section 4. That an emergency exists and this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property,
health and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect following passage and
publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
