AN ORDINANCE to vacate an alley located in .Block 1,
Dietz Addition to the Town of Bremerton
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: ·
Section' 1. The City Council of the city of Bremerton in its
regular session of September 30th, 1970, by motion declared its
intention to hold a hearing on vacation of an alley described as
follows:
That section of alley lying between the following:
The South 1/2 of Lots 17 and 22, all of Lots 16 and
23, 15 and 2q, 14 and 25 and the North 21.6 feet of
Lots 13 and 26, Block 1, Dietz Addition to the Town
of Bremerton, according to plat recorded in Volume
2 of Plats, Page 57, in Kitsap County, Washington.
Abutting the South 1/2 of Lots 17 and 22, all of
Lots 16 and 23, 15 and 24, 14 and 25 and the North
21.6 feet of Lots 13 and 26, Block 1, Dietz Addition
to the Town of Bremerton.
and a meeting was held on the 28th day of October, 1970, to hear
objections to said vacation p~oceedings, and dimeeted notice of hearing
to be posted and given in the manner and form provided by law ....
Section 2. That the above described alley be, and hereby is,
declared vacated.
Section 3. The~ City Clerk is directed to certify a copy of
this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with the Auditor of
Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this ~~day of November, 1970.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this
