AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792. /~, ~
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
195 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Section 4 thereof as follows:
(a) Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, Section 20,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M. in Kitsap County,
Washington.
(b) South~half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter, Section 20, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M. in Kitsap County, Washington; EXCEPT the East
one-quart.er thereof.
(c) South half-.of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter; EXCEPT the West one-quarter thereof; ALL in
Section 20, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M. in
Kitsap County's% Washington; EXCEPT county road.

be, and the same hereby are reclassified from Residential-One (R-i)

The use and area maps of 0rdi~nce No. 1792 are further
amended in conformity with Chapter 1, S~tion 4 thereof as follows:
(e) South 500 feet; EXCEPT the EaSt 450 feet thereof, of
that portion of the following ~escribed tract lying
North of the North line of Wern~ Road: North half
of the Southeast quarter of the ~ortheast quarter;
EXCEPT the East one-quarter thereof, Section 20,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W~. in Kitsap
County, Washington.

to Business-Two (B-2) with land use restrictions, l.~
