AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
· :. Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Co~ssion Resolution No. 180 of the
City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they
hereby are,. ~ended in conformity ~rith Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof as follows:
Property located at 4412 Kits~p Way, Bremerton,
Washington, described as follows:
That portion o£ ~overr~ent Lot 5, Section 16,
Township 24 l~orth, Range 1 East, W.M. Kitsap
County, Wasb~gton, described as : BEGINNING
at the meander corner common to said Section
15 and Section 16; thence South along the East
margin of said Government Lot S, to the
Northerly real, in of State High~ray No. 21,
being the True Point of Begbming of the des-
cription; thence Westerly along said Northerly
margin 218 feet; thence North 200.00 feet;
thence North S1 degrees East 87.00 feet; thence
southeasterly 250.0 feet more or less to the
True Point of Beginning. EXCEPT that portion
to City. Contains 0.70 acres more or less.

conformity with ChaPter 1, Title 4 thereof as follows:

described as follows:
That portion of GoVernment Lot 5, Section l[, Township
24 North, Range 1 ERst, W.M., Kitsap County, Washington,
described as. BEGINNING at the meander corner common to
Said Section 15 and ~ection 16; thence South along the
East margin of said Gbvernment Lot 5, to the Northerly
margin of State Highw~ No. 21, being the True Point of
Beginning of the description; 'thence Westerly along said
Northerly margin 218 fe~t; thence North 200.0 feet; thence
North 51 degrees East 8~00 feet; thence southeasterly
