ment Ristrict No. 2108, providing far the improvement of Sanders Awenue fram
East 30th Street to East 31st Street as in said Ordinance described; providing
far the levying and assessing far the costs and expenses thereof against the
parcels and lots of land between the termini and within the boundaries of said
i~prove~nt district; providing for the collection thereof; creating and
establishing a special fund therefor; and fixing the date for the issuance of bonds
in payment thereof.
?~ CITY OF ~tEMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Asses~ _,~_nt Roll 'for I~cal Improvement District No. 308
providing for the improvement of Sanders Avenue fram East 3Otb Street to East
31st Street by the construction of concrete curbs, gutters, and street surfacing,
together, with the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith as may
be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job, all in accordance with the
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer and as provided
by Ordinance No. 2853, the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof, as shc~n in
said assessment roll is Specially benefited by said improvement and that there be
and is hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and
other property conta~ned in said improvement district as sheen in said roll,
including any property belonging to the City of Bre~ert~n and the respective
a~ounts in said roll set against each parcel and lot of land and or part thereof
property within the boun~ of said i~provement, abutting upon, adjacent
and
other
or prcmt~ate to said i~prove~ent, and such amounts so assessed are hereby
declared to be first lien against each parcel or lot or part thereof against which
the sa~e is assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That far the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created
and established a special fund to be known as "Local Improvement Fund District
~Oo 2108".. Bond~ bearing int~res~ ~t sh~ll be iss~d in ser:l.~ nmos from
one (1) to /~ inclusive, to as many as may be necessary to pro-
vide far the uncollected portion of said district on the date hereinafter f~xed,
which sh~ll be for such fractional part of ~'-O~ ~'~ as may be
re~aining anti.unpaid on said date, payable fram said "Local Improvement Pund
