AN ORDINANCE re-appropriating $942,00 into the Park
and Recreation Department Capital Outlay Fund, 3-11,
from the General Fund~ and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby re-appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Bremerton the sum of $942.00 to the Park and
Recreation Department Capital Outlay Fund, 3-11, to pay for the
completion of the Warren Avenue Playfield light project.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: That an emergency exists
affecting the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the City of Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously on first reading by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by th~ City
Clerk in authentication of such.passage this ~-?day of
1970.
