AN ORDINANCE appropriating $3,141.40 into the Park and
Recreation Department Fund ea~ ~

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Bremerton the sum of $3,141.40 to the Park and
Recreation Department Fund category of the City Treasurer's Budget
to pay for the paving of parking lots in Evergreen Park.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: That an emergency exists
affecting the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the City of Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously on first reading by the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~ day of August,
1970.
