fund to be known as the Warren Avenue Bridge Beautification
Project Fund and providing for the deposit of funds in the
amount of $24,000.00 therein with the CitY Treasurer and
disbursement thereof under direction of the City Council.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to establish a special fund to be known as the Warren Avenue
Bridge Beautification Project Fund.
Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to place in said fund any funds of the Warren Avenue Bridge
Beautification Project accruing to the City of Bremerton under pro-
visions of applicable State law.
Section 3. Ail funds received by thc City of Bremerton under
provisions of applicable State law shall be expended within the area
of the Warren Avenue Bridge Beautification Project and for the better-
ment and beautification of the area immediately adjacent to the north
approach to the Warren Avenue Bridge. Funds shall be expended under
the direction of the City Council.
Section 4. There is hereby appropriated to the Warren Avenue
Bridge Beautification Project the sum of $24,000.00; that $8,300.00
thereof shall be appropriated to the category of salary and wages and
that the sum of $15,700.00 thereof shall be appropriated to the
category of Capital Outlay.

PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
