AN ORDINANCE to vacate a portion of Beach Street, Block
~1~ Plat of Brentwood Park, Town of Bremerton.
THE CITy .QE.~ B~E~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section'l. The City Council of the City of Bremerton in its
regular session of June 3rd, 1970, by motion declared its intention
to hold a hearing on vacation of a portion of Beach Street described
as follows:
Plat of Brentwood Park, Block 1, Beach Drive, between
Primary State Highway No. 21 and State Sign Route 3.
and a meeting was held on the 24th day of June, 1970, to hear
objections to said vacation proceedings and directed notice of
hearing to be posted and given in the manner and form provided by law.
Section 2. That the above described portion of Beach Street
be, and hereby is, declared vacated.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to certify a copy of
this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with the Auditor of
Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 9' ~day of July, 1970.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
