AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 189 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter
1, Title 4 thereof as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and the East 120' of Lots 22, 23 and
24, Block 33, C. D. Hillman's Navy Yard Addition to
Bremerton, according to plat recorded in Vol. 3 of
Plats, P. 129, in Kitsap Co., Wash.; EXCEPT that
portion of said Lot 22, lying Southerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 7, Block
7, Third Addition to Sheridan Park, according to plat
recorded in Vol. 8 of Plats, P. 65, in Kitsap Co.,
Wash.; thence Northwesterly in a straight line to a
point on the West line of the East 120' of said Lot
22, Block 33, C. D. Hillman's Na~y Yard Addition to
Bremerton, which is North 17.5 feet fro~ the Southwest
corner of said East 120' of Lot 22, and the terminus
of said line. ALSO
That portion of Lot 7, Block 7, Third. Addition to
Sheridan Park, according to plat recorded in Vol. 8
of Plats, P~.~65, in Kitsap Co., Wash~., lying Northerly
of the following described line: Beginning at the
most Easterly corner of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly
in a straight line to a point on the West line of the
East 120' of Lot 22, Block 33, C.~D. Hillman's Navy Yard
Addition to Bremerton, according to plat recorded in
Vol. 3 of Plats, P. 129, which is ~rth 17.5 feet from
the Southwest corner of the said East 120' of Lot 22,
thence continuing Westerly on the last described course
to the Northwesterly margin of said Lot 7, and the
terminus of said line.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-i)
to Residential-Two (R-2).
