AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792. .~.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 188 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in confo~mity with Chapter
1, Title ~ thereof as follows:
Ail of Tract 14, Sylvan Park, as per plat recorded
in Vol. 6 of Plats, Page ~5, records of Kltsap
County; EXCEPT the West 225 feet thereof; AND
EXCEPT that portion beginning 225 feet East of the
Northwest corner of said Tract 14; thence East 105
feet; thence South 70 feet; thence West 105 feet;
thence North 70 feet to the point of beginning;
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-Two (R-2) with land use restrictions. ~z~
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this /.~
PASSED,by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
