~ ORDINANCE ~endin~ Section 3 of Ordinmce
No. 2879 so as to establish the denominations
of bonds to be used ~in connexion with Local
Improvement District No. 302 as described
in Ordinance No. 2787~ and. declaring an
emergency,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: ·
Section 1. hat Sectio~ 3 of Ordinmce No. 2879
is hereby mended to read as fo%lp~s:
That for the purp~¢~'~ this improvement there
is hereby =~eated md established a special fund to be known
as "Local Improvement Fu~d Di~t No. 302." Bonds, warrants,
or installment notes bea~ng i~e~st at 6% shall be issued in
serial nu~ers from one (T) t~t~ty-eight (28) inclusive, to
as many as may be necessary t~'Pr~ide for the uncollected
portion of said district on th6 date hereinafter fixed, to be
in denominations of $100.00, bonds, warrants, or installment
notes each~ except the first which shall be for such fractional
·
part of $100.00 as may be remaining ~d unpaid on said date,
payable from said"Local Improvement Fund District No. 302".
Section 2. hat an emergency exists and is
hereby declared to exist~ and this Ordinmce is necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton and this
Ordinance should take ~d be effective i~ediately following
passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor md attested to by th~
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~ .- day of
June, 1970.
