NOW, THEREFORE, .......
Section 1. D~r.ing such periods of tine as there
infestation of Lasiocar.~pi~]ae (caterpillars) within the City
Bremerton, all property o~rners shall tsk~ such ste~s as
require{~ to elirsinate all Las' ,' ~

their property.

Section 3. Should spy property o,,rner, after havinK been
g}iven' five .('5) rtays' written notice signet] by the Core,missioner of
P~blic Works, fail to satisfactorily eradicate Lasiocampirtae
c~oerpmllars) on the o~.~ner's oroperty~ the City shall do so it~er
utilizing.its own e}~pl, oyees or designated agents. The cost of
such era~ihation shall be billed to the property owner and shall
become a lien against the property and the City Cler]~ shall file
the same with the Auditor of Kitsap County.
Section 4 EFFECTIVE DATE: ~l~t an er~ergenc~l exists
affecting the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of the City of Bremerton, an~] this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately fo]lording passage and p~blication.
