Section 1. That Chapter VI, Sec. 702, of 0rdina:nce

In subSivided property or where a district boundary divides
a lot, the location of such boundary, unless the same is i~d:Lcpted by
dimensions, shall be determined by. use of th¢..~co~l¢ at, bearings; on

map. Where a district bo~dary ldne,
Zoning Map, divides a lot?in single ownership, which is of r~ccrd at
the time of this enactment, the district requirement for the le~
restricted portion of such lot shall be deemed to apply to the ~ho!e
thereof, provide5 that such extension shall not include any part of
such lot more than ]5 feet beyond the district boundary line.
