of a strip of land in and through certain real
properties in and upon which to lay, operate and
maintain sewer pipes, together with any necessary
appurtenances thereon; and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens o~ the City of Bremerton, said City has entered into a
program to lay, operate and maintain sewer pipes and has caused to be
prepared general and specific plans therefor.
Section 2. To accomplish the said laying, operating and
maintaining of sewer pipes, it is necessary to secure property through
and over the following described real properties, together with an.y
necessary appurtenances thereon:
KITSAP LAKE PROPERTIES:
Lot 5 of Lake Kitsap Summer Homes. P~eginning at a
point on SE'ly line which is SW'ly 289 feet, more or
less, from the NE corner; thence N 5~'~-39-30 W, 100.2
feet, more or less, to a point on the NW'ly line, said
point being SW'ly~.~.. 292 feet, more or less, from the
corner. ALSO beginning at the NW corner; thence SE'ly
along Southerly margin of road 10 feet, more or less,

Section 3. The City Attorney is hereby authorized ann
directed to proceed immediately with the conde~nation for the above
described properties fin the Superior Court of the State of ~,'.!ashington
for Kitsap County.
Section 4. That an emergency exists and is hereby
declared to exist, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public oeace, health ann safety of the citizens
of the City of Bremerton and this Ordinance shoul~ take and be
effective immediately following passage and publication.
