ment District No. 302, providing for the i~provament of a portion of Jacobsen Blvd.
as described in Ordinance 2787, providing for the levying and assessing for the
costs and expenses thereof against the parcels and lots of land within the bmmdaries
of said improv~ent district; providing for the collection thereof; creating and
establishing a special fund therefor; aud fixing the date for the issuance of bonds,
warrants, or installment notes in payment thereof.
THE CITY OF BR~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local I~prov~m~nt District No. 302
providing for the improvement of a portion of Jacobsen Blvd. by the construction
ef sanitary sewers, together with the doing of any and all other work in connection
therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, all in
accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer and as provided by Ordinance No. 2787, the same is hereby approved and
confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof, as shown in said
assessment roll is specially benefited by said improvement and that there be and is
hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other
property contained in said i~provement district as shc~n in said roll, including
any property belonging to the City of Rremerton and the respective amounts in
said roll set against each parcel and lot of land and or part thereof and other
property between the termini of said improvement, abutting upon, adjacent or
proximate to said improvement, and such amounts so assessed are hereby declared to
be first lien against each parcel or lot or part thereof against which the same is
assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improv_~e~__nt there is hereby created
and established a special fund to be known as "Local Improvement Fund District
No. 302". Bonds, warrants, or installment notes bearing interest at ~ %
issued in serial, numbers from one (1)to ~E~/ .~l~ inclusive, to

Section 4. That the ~ ~ day of JgY~ _, 1970, be and the same
is hereby fixed for the date of issuance and sale of bonds, warrants, or install-
merit notes to be issued on account of said improvement.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
