AN ORDINANCE to vacate t~at certain alley abutting
Lots 15 and 1~, Block 8, Town of Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:.
Section i. The City Council of the City of Bremerton in its
regular session of December 31, 1969, by motion declared its intention
to h01d a hearing on vjcation of an alley described as:
Alley abutting Lots 15 and 16, Block 8, Town of
Bremerton, as per Volume 2 of Plats, situated in
Kitsap County, Washington.
and set the 21st day of January, 1970, as the date upon which to hear
objections to said vacation proceedings, and directed notice of
hearing to be posted and given in the manner and form provided by law.
Section 2. That all of the above described portions of the
alley be, and hereby are, declared vacated.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to certify a copy of
this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with the Auditor of
Kitsap County, Washington.

to hold a hearing on vacation of an alley described as:
Alley abutting Lots 15 and 16, Block 8, Town of
Bremerton, as per Volume 2 of Plats, situated in
· Kitsap County, Washington.
and set the 21st day of January, 1970, as the date upon which to Z~ear
objections to said vacation proceedings, and directed notice of
