No. 2819 adopting the Garage Department budget for the year
1969, as authorized by Sec. 17, Chapter 95, ~>~ashington laws
of 1969, Frost F~traordinary Session~ and declaring an
emerger~y.
THE CITY OF BRE~.~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. As authorized by Section 17~ Chapter 95, Washir~ton
Laws of 1969, First Fxtraordinary Session, e~cess~meceipts to the Garage
Fund in the amount of $h~989.89 are hereby appropriated to the 1969
Garage Fund budget for additional maintenance and operation costs, and
Section i of Ordinance No. 2819~ which adopted the City of Bremerton Bud-
get for the year 1969, is hereby amended in part to read as follows:
Garage: ~intenance and Operation ~6,226.67
Section 2. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist, an
emergency, and this ordinance is necessary for the ~diate preservation
of the public oeace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon oassage and publica-
tion.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton, signed by the ~yor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such ~ssage this /~day of January, 1970.
