Section 1. That a t~ on the total valuation of the taxable property of the
City of Br~erton, assessed in the s~ of ~893,515 sa~d t~ being ~n ~ts as
follow, be, and the s~e is hereby, l~ied aEainst the t~able property located
within the cor~rate li~ts of the City of Br~erton, for munic$pal purposes, for
the year 1972, to be collected in the year 1973, ~d ~he s~e to be carried on the
tax rolls and collected by ~he Treasurer of ~tsap County:

assessi~ proper~y values as a basis for ~axes for ~he year 19Y2, ~o be collected
in ~he ye~ 19Y3, in ~hich said roll ~he ~able proper~y in ~he City of Br~er~on
is assessed in ~he s~ of $10Y,058,197 be and ~he said assessmen~ roll is hereby
appr~ed as ~he asses~ent roll for levying ~axes for ~he City of Br~er~on.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effec~ i~edia~ely
foll~ passage and publication as provided by law.
