AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 3020
and amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3020 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Pursuant to vote of the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, the use and area of Ordinance No. 1792,

Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 26 and 27, Block 1, Brentwood Park, Kitsap
County, Washington EXCEPT the Easterly 295 feet;
and EXCEPT that portion taken for State highway.

be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Bus'iness-Three (B-3), subject to the following Land
Use Restrictions:
1. There shall be no contouring of land that might
be detrimental to adjacent property. Any fill abutting other
property must be controlled with a retaining wall.
2. There must be a provision for proper drainage.
3. The site must be screened from the residential
property with a planting of ten feet minimum width, of trees
and evergreen shrubs with expected growth no less than eight
feet in height, to be maintained henceforth as shown on attached
drawing.
4. Liquor stores, taverns, nightclubs, theaters, and
other forms of recreation that could be a nuisance to residents
of adjoining property shall not be permitted.
