THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3019 is hereby repea!_ed~
Section 2. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 225 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 and Ordinance No. 3019 be, and they
hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter ]
thereof as fo!~lows:
~hat'part ~of. Tracts 8 and 0, McTei~h's Garden
TraCts,~ according to Plat recorded in Volume
2, Page 44, in Kitsap County, Washington,
~ .described' as follows: Begimning at a stake
25 feet East of the Southwest corner of said

West 492 feet to point of beginning.
Commonly known as 1628 Trenton Ave.
be, and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2).
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
