AN ORDINANCE amending the text of
Zoning Ordinance No. 1792, Section 306,
Title II, Chapter I.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 306, Title II, Chapter I of
Ordinance No. 1792 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 306. Nurseries, GreenhQuses, Fish Hatcheries
and Aquaculture.
A nursery or greenhouse or fish hatchery or
aquaculture may be located within a Residential One (1) District,
by special permit for a period of not more than ten (10) years
'
issued by the Commission, after public hearing and examination
of the location and upon a determination by the Commission that
such nursery or greenhouse or fish hatchery or aquaculture may
be maintained for such period without undue detriment to adjacent
and surrounding property.
APPROVED by the C~ty CoUncil of the City of Bremerton
on first reading this day of September, 1972.
PASSED by the City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
