AN ORDINANCE amending the use
and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792o
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 220 of the City of Bremerton, the use
and area maps of ~rdinance No. 1792 be, and they hereb~
are~ amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof
as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Eden Valley Addn.
Vol 7, P 90~ Lots 19, 20 21, 22 2~,
24, 25 and W 10' of Lot 26 Waltenburg
Addition Vol. 6, p. ~3; East 236' of
SW 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4, Sec. 2, T24N,
R1E, W.M.
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-
One (R-l) to Business-Three (B-3), subject to the fo]lowing
Land Use Restrictions:
1. That the landscapin~ and building setbacks
from Sylvan Way and Pearl Street as indicated on "Exhibit A"
be substantially complied with.
2 That the location of the vehiclular in~ ~o

to the Qropert~v from Sylvan Way shall be subject to the
approval of the City of Bremerton.
3. In addition to screening and landscaping
indicated on the plot plan, the loading dock on the southerl~?
portion of the property will be screened.
4. During cgnstruction phases, heavy truck
traffic ingress and egress to the property will be restricte~
to Wheaton Way unless otherwise directed by the City Engineer.
5. During operation of the shopping mall faci]it?
on the subject property, major truck access will be limited
to the Wheaton Way entrances to the property unless otherwise
directed by the City of Bremerton.
