AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of ORDINANCE NO. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Pursuant to vote of the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be,
and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter 1 thereof as~follows:
a~ (4903 Kitsap Way; 245' East of Kitsap Way, Arsenal
Way Shorewood intersection; between K & F Market &
Filippi's)
That portion of Govt. Lot 4, Sec. 16, T24N, R1E,
W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Govt.
Lot 4; thence N 71023'58'' W 232.56 ft. to the true
point of beginning; thence continueN 71023'58'' W
43.26 ft.; thence South 38°29'18'' W 457.90 ft. to
the North margin of State Highway No. 21; thence
Easterly along said North margin 100 ft.; thence
Northeasterly in a straight line to the true point
of beginning; EXCEPT the following described tract:
Portion of Govt. Lot 4, Sec. 16, T24N, R1E,
W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Govt.
Lot 4; thence S 88053'45'' E along the South line
of said Govt. Lot 4 a distance of 661.85 feet;

of said Govt.. Lot 4; thence continuing N 1°28'03''

concrete monument approximately on the North margin

North 38°29'18'' E 125.00 ft. to a concrete monument;
thence continuing North 38°29'18'' East 19.02 ft.

E 75.94 ft. to center of a concrete wall, being on
the Easterly line of tract conve~ed to Liner and
