AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 653 and
relating to the days and hours of operation
of Skating Rinks.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 653 is
amended to read: HOURS OF OPERATION. It is unlawful for
any such person, persons, firm or corporation to conduct any
public skating ~rink for any time longer than twelve midnight,
of any day upon which such skating rink may be held, except
nationally recognized holidays, upon which the skating rink
may remain open till 2:00 a.m.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
day of July, 1972.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
on second reading, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~< day
