AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2892 to provide
for a change in the Land-Use Restrictions recorded
as a part thereto.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Planning Commission recommendation of May
17, 1972, and following a duly notified public hearing before the Planning
Commission and City Council, Ordinance No. 2892 and Land-Use Restrictions
Contract and Site Plan recorded t~herevith is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 1, Pursuant to Planning C~ission Resolution No, 188
of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be,
and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof
as follows:
