THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
be and they hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV
Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of Gov't. Lot 1, Section 15, T.24N.,
R.1E., W.M., lying north of State Highway No. 21,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the north margin
of State Highway No. 21 and the west line of the plat
of National City as recorded in Volume 2 of Plats,
Page 33 and as established by court proceedings
in Kitsap County Superior Court Case No. 2197, said
intersection being North 1790.55 feet and East 848.04
feet from the southwest corner of said Section 15;
thence N.89°10'07"W. 144.82 feet along the north margin
of said highway #21; thence N. 0°~4.'07"W. along the
west line of that certain tract as described in instru-
ment of Auditor's File # 874920 a distance of 330.0
feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Oyster Bay;
thence easterly along said shoreline 135.0 feet,
more or less, to the west line of said plat of National
City; thence S.2°02'17"E. along the west line of said
plat 330.0 feet, more or less, to the Point of
Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH second class tidelands fronting
and abutting thereon.
(Basis of bearings for this description is the
west line of said Section 15 being N.0°04'07"W.)
be and the same hereby is reclassified from R-1 (Residential
One) to R-2 (Residential Two) on the North 250 feet, with a
60 feet setback from mean high tide; and further from R-1 (Residential
One) to B-2 (Business Two) on the South 80 feet; subject to the
plot plan as it applies to the R-2 (Residential Two) area only,
and which is incorporated herein by reference.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
day of J~2A/~ , 1972.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage,~ki~s~ ~ day of Y~I/' 1972.
