AN ORDINANCE amending 'ORDINANCE NO. 2929 which reclassified
property indicated therein from Residential-One (R-l) to
Business-Two (B-2).with land use restrictions. (File No. 996547)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DC~S. ORDAIN:
That Ordinance No. 2929 is amended to add Section 2 as follows:
Section 2: Said site .plan as originally submitted and approved
is mo~ie~ as follows:
1. Original building, as Shown on Revised Site Plan accompany-
ing this ordinance, will remain and be remodeled.
2. The four unit building shown on the northwest corner of the
original ~site plan will be deleted.
3. Ail other portions of the original Land Use Restrictions Contract
granted Merlyn E. Danskin will remain.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this ~ / ~ day
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
