and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 226 of the City of Bremerton, the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are,
amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter i thereof
as follows:
The west half of the following:
That portion of Tracts 7 and 8, McTeigh's
Garden Tracts, according to plat recorded
in Volume 2 of Plats, page 44, in Kitsap
County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at a stake 25 feet east of the
southwest corner of said Tract 8; thence
north 43.02 feet to true point of beginning;
thence continuing north 177.07 feet; thence
east 492 feet; thence south 177.07 feet;
thence west 492 feet to true point of
beginning. Commonly known as 1630 Trenton
Avenue.
be, and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential-one
(R-l) to Residential-two (R-2).
