AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of ORDINANCE NO. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Pursuant to vote of the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
Lots 26 and 27, Block 1, Brentwood Park, Kitsap
County, Washington, EXCEPT the Easterly 295
feet of the Northerly 404 feet, more or less,
and EXCEPT the Easterly 190 feet of the South
40 feet of said Lot 27, EXCEPT that portion
taken~for State Highway. The West 105 feet
of the South 60 feet of North 67 feet of the
East 295 feet of Lot 27, Block 1, Brentwood
Park, Kitsap County, Washington.
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Business-Three (B-3), subject to the following Land
Use Restrictions:
1. There shall be no contouring of land that might
be detrimental to adjacent property. Any fill abutting other
property must be controlled with a retaining wall.
2. There must be provision for proper drainage.
3. The site must be screened from the residential
property with a planting of ten feet minimum width, of trees
and evergreen shrubs with expected growth no less than eight
feet in height, to be maintained henceforth as shown on attached
drawing.
4. All uses permitted in B-3 zone except the following
prohibited uses:
Liquor stores, taverns, night clubs, theaters, and
other forms of recreation that could be a nusiance
to residents of adjoining proDePty.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
