THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: Section !. That for the public health, safety anc] welfare of the citizens of the City of Bremerton,. said City has entered into a program to construct and install a sanitary sewer pipe line and lift pump station in connection with Local Iraprove- ment District No. 311 and has caused to be prepared general specific plans therefor. Section 2, To accomplish the said construction and installation of a sanitary sewer pipe line and lift ?ump station, it is necessary to secure construction ~and permanent easements and a fee simple taking through and over the following described. pieces of real property: ?.ARGEL A.
