Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
NO. 224 of the City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in. conformity
with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
(a) The southwest quarter Of the northeast quarter,
section 20, township 24 north, range 1 east,
W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington.
(b) The northwest quarter of the northeast quarter
of the ~ortheast quarter; EXCEPT the south 15 feet
for road; in section 20, township 24 north, range 1
east, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington.
(c) The west half of the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, section
20, township 24 north, range l'east, W.M., in
Kitsap County, Washington.
(d) That portion of the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of section 20, township 24 north,
range 1 east, W~., in Kitsap County, Washington,
described as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of the east half of the northeast quarter of
the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, thence
east along the north line thereof 188 feet; thence
southwesterly, in a straight line, 452 feet to a
point on the west line of said east half of the north-
east quarter of the northeast quarter of the north-
east quarter; thence nort~ along said west line to
the point of beginning.
(e) The west half of the southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the northeast quarter, section 20, township
24 north, range 1 east, W.M., in Kitsap County,
Washington; ~,~cEPT the north 15 feet for road.
(f) The east half of the southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the northeast qvarter, section 20, township
24 north, range 1 east, W.M., in Kitsap County,
Washington.

(g) The west half of the southeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of the northeast quarter, section 20, township
24 north, range 1 east, W.M., in Kitsap County,
Washington; EXCEPT the north 15 feet for road.
(h) The west 3/4 of the southeast quarter of the northeast
quarter, section 20, township 24 north, range 1 east,
W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington; EXCEPT that portion
lying south of the County Road known as Werner Road;
ALSO EXCEPT the south 500 feet of that portion of said
southeast quarter of the northeast quarter lying north
of Werner Road; ALSO EXCEPT portion described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast
quarter of the northeast quarter of section 20, town-
ship 24 north, range 1 east, W.M.; thence north 88°40'22"
west 655.91 feet; thence south l°47'01" west 66.00
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
south l°47'01'' west 264.00 feet; thence north 88°3~'15''

true point of beginning; AND EXCEPT werner Road.
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Manufacturing, subject to the following conditions:
1. Twenty foot natural or artific&al screening around
perimeter of property.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
~ day of March, 1972.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
