of a portion of Kitsap Way as follows:
That portion of Kitsap Way right-of-way abutting
Lots 26 and 27, Blk 1 of the Plat of Brentwood
Park and lying easterly of a line parallel to
and 70 feet east of the centerline of said
rig 50 feet thereof
and except Northwest Bell
Telephone 16 Township
24 North, Kitsap County,
