AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 223 of the City of Bremerton, the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are,
amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as
follows:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 1, Town-
ship 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter;
thence North 3024'20'' East 597.54 feet;
thence South 88057'30'' East 30 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence South 88°
57'30" East 621.74 feet; thence North
3°5'15'' East 94.57 feet; thence North
88057'30'' West 621.21 feet; thence South
3024'20'' West 94.59 feet to the beginning;
EXCEPT the East 200 feet thereof;
ALSO
The North 283.71 feet of the West 649.64
feet of the South 30 acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
1, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.;
EXCEPT the West 30 feet for County Road;
AND EXCEPT the East 200 feet thereof; AND
EXCEPT that portion, if any, lying North of
the following described line:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the said
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter;
thence South 88022'39'' East 30.02 feet;
thence South 3°51'40'' West 384.06 feet to
the beginning point of the llne to be des-
c~ibed; thence South 88022'57'' East to the
West line of Maple Street and the terminus
of said line; ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof,
if any, lying South of the following des-
cribed line:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter;
thence North 3°24'30'' East 597.54 feet;
thence South 88°57'30" East ~651.74 feet;
thence North 3°05'15" EaSt 94.57 feet to the
beginning point of the line to be described;
thence North 88°57'30'' West 621.21 feet to
the terminus of said line;
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington~
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-
One (R-i) to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton on first reading this ~day offS, 1972.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this ?
