Water Department budget of the City of Bremerton for
the year 1971, as authorized by RCW 35.33.120, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRL~fERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Caah on
Hand January 1, 1971, to the following departments:
Water Office $16,450. O0
Water Supply 5,550. O0
Water Distribution 7,100. O0
Sewage Disposal 1.9,750.00
Total Appropriated:
SECTION 2. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist,
an emergency, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Bremerton, and shall be in full force and effec~ immediately upon
passage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the C~ Clerk in
