Section 1. The City Council of the City of
Bremerton in its regular session of December 1st , 1971,
by motion declared its intention to hold a hearinq on tlle
vacation of an alle~: descriSed as:
Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 9 throuqh 19, Block 3,
Town of Bremerton and. all property East of
above listed allesr 15ring easterl}~ of Lots 1
through 15, Block 3, Town of Bremerton,
running easterly to the Inner tlarbor Line.
Commonly known as the Bremer Properts~.
Lots 16 through 19, Block 3, Town of Bremerton.
Commonly known as the Bishop and Solie Property.
AN D
1'he i-lorth one-half of Lots 6 and all of Lots
7 and 8, Block 3, Town of Bremerton. Commonl,,
known as the Bremerton Servicemen's Center
property. AND
Lots 3 through 5 and the south one-half of
Lot 6, Block 3, 1'own of Bremerton. Coi.nmonly
known as the Diamond Parking Company property.
and set the 5th day of January, 1972, as the date upon whic/~
to hear objections to said vacation proceedings, and directed
notice of hearing to be posted and given in the manner and
form provided by law.
Section 2. That all of the above described portion;;
of the alley be, and hereby are, declared vacated.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to certify
a copy of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording
with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
