AN OROINANCE providing for the establishment of a
special fund to be known am the "Federal Revenue
Sharing Fund'; and declsrin9 an emergency.
THE CITY OF 8REMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. A special fund is hereby established to be
known as the "Federal R~venue Shartn9 Fund", for the purpose of
receivin9 and disbursin9 funds as provided by Public Law 92-512,
the "State and LOcal Fiscal AsSistance Act of 1972".
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: That an emergenc¥ exists
affecting the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of the City of 8remerton, and this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately followln9 passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously on first resdin9 b¥ the Git¥ Council
of the Cit¥ of Bremarton, signed b¥ the Mayor and attested b¥ the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this /~x~a¥
