AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREM~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Planning Ccmmission
Resolution No. 221 of the City of Bremerton, the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are,
amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as
follows:
Plat of Sylvan Park, East 100' of the
West 1/2 of Lot 8 (1221 Sylvan Way),
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-
One (R-l) to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton on first reading this ~dav of January, 1972.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the ~.~ayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this /~ day
of January, 1972.
