3035, as it relates to expenses of city
employes and fixing the rate of mileage
to be allowed city employes for use of
private automobiles.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1826 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 1: Whenever it becomes necessary for an
elective or appointive official or employee of the City of
Bremerton to travel away from his designated post of duty
while engaged on official business, and it is found to be
more advantageous and economical to the city that he travel
by personally-owned automobile rather than by common carrier
or other means of transportation provided by the city, he
shall be allowed a mileage rate not to exceed eleven (11¢)
cents per mile.
