the General Fund budget of the City of Bremerton for
the year 1973, as authorized by RCW 35.33.120, and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREb~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,150 to the
Registration & Election department of the City Clerk for the purpose of payment
of 1972 election charges as billed by the Kitsap County Auditor.
SECTION 2. There exists, and is hereby declared to exist, an
emergency, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and shall be
in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED on first reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
