~THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, be and they hereby are~ amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as follows:
That portion of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 15, Twp.
24 North Range 1 East, W.M., described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 15;
thence south 88041'29'' East, 1315.78 feet to the south-
east corner of the southwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of said Section 15; thence North 1°12'59'' East
along the north-south centerline of the southwest
quarter of said Section 15 for a distance of 2001.49 feet
to the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of
the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said
Section 15; thence south 88045'45'' East along the south
line thereof 192.17 feet; thence north 35036'32'' East
88.21 feet; thence north 1°12'59" East 189.88 feet
to the true point of beginning: Thence continue north
1°12'59'' East 140.12 feet; thence north 41°02'fll"W.
255.96 feet; thence south 88°47'10'' East along a line
which is parallel with and 75.00 feet south of the
north line of said northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter as measured at right
angles thereto, for a distance of 521.46 feet; thence
south 47052'47" West along a line which is parallel .~
with the north westerly margin of State Highway No. 21
(Kitsap Way) for a distance of 480.28 feet to the true
point of beginning.

North, Range 1 East, W.M. described as follows: Commencing
at the southwest corner of said Section 15; thence south
88041'29'' East 1315.78 feet to the southeast corner of
the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said
Section 15; thence north l°12'59'' East along the north-
south centerline of the southwest quarter of said Section
15 for a distance of 2001.49 feet to the southwest corner

Point of Beginning of the tract herein described; thence

margin of said State Highway No. 21; thence along said

thence south 47°52'47" west 371.00 feet to the beginning
of a spiral curve to the right having a centerline "a"
value of 2 1/2 &s defined by the Washington State Department
of Highways formula for spiral curves; thence along the
arc of said curve 56.5 ~eetfmore or less, to a point on
the south line of said northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter which bears south 88045'45''
East from the true point of beginning; thence north 88°45'45''
West along the south line of said northwest quarter of
the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter for a dis-
tance of 135.5 feet, more or less, to the true point of
beginning.
be and same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (H-l)
to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of November, 1973.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
