Searle Street and Graham Way, re-
quested by Bremerton Housing Authority.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Bremerton
in its regular session of October 3rd, 1973, by motion declared
its intention to hold a hearing on the vacation of portion of
Searle Street and Graham Way, described as follows:
That portion of the south half of the southeast
quarter of Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M. in Kitsap County, Washington, described
as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is south
~03.39 feet and West 444.06 feet from the southeast
corner of said section; thence North 0055'27'' East
127.71 feet; thence South 64°39'10'' East 82.03 feet;
thence North 03013'04'' West 79.00 feet; thence
North 66004'33'' West 856.27 feet; thence No~th
01051'05'' East 426.62 feet to the northeasterly
right-of-way line of SR3, Arsenal Way to Chico, the
center line of which is recorded in Volume "A" of
Highway Plats, page 40, records of said county, and
the true point of beginning; thence continuing North
01051'05" East 68.64 feet; thence North 12056'47'' East
178.54 feet; thence North 47036'57'' West 134.69 feet;
thence North 41019'26'' East 15.16 feet; thence North
42019'36'' East 62.64 feet; thence North 47040'24''
West 50.00 feet; thence South 42019'36'' West 62.64 feet;
thence south 39°18'01'' West 29.62 feet; thence north
47051'45'' West 392.12 feet; thence north 81.°15'14''
west 52.61 feet; thence South 32022'40'' West 30.75
feet; thence North 57037'20'' West 186.15 feet; thence
North 55°34'51'' West 338.21 feet to the point of
curve of a curve to the right having a radius of
1527.10 feet; thence northwesterly along the arc of
said curve 36.17 feet to the northeasterly right-of-
way line of said SR3 at a point which bears North
45029'24'' West frem the true point of beginning;
thence South 45029'24'' East along said right-of-way
line 850.34 feet; thence South 76053'00'' East 64.40
feet; thence South 29031!48" East 51.66 feet; thence
south 13007'00'' West 22.66 feet to the northeasterly
right-of-way line of said SR3 at a point which bears
NO~th 45~29'24'' West from the true point of beginning;
thence SOuth 45029'24'' East along said right-of-way
line 334.57 feet to the true point of beginning.
and set the 31st day of October, 1973, as the date upon which
to hear objections to said vacation proceedings and directed
notice of hearing to be posted and given in the manner and form
provided by law.
Section 2: That all of the above described portion
of Searle Street and Graham Way be, and hereby is, declared
vacated.
Section 3: The City Clerk is directed to certify a copy
of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with the
Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 7 day of November, 1973.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by ~ Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this //~ay of November,
